The Port of Grays Harbor Terminal 3 is a marine industrial site located in the City of Hoquiam less than 1½ hours by ship from open-sea and an hour by truck via 4-lane highway to I-5 at Olympia. The site is centrally located between Seattle and Portland. |
Site: |
Terminal 3 consists of 150 level, well-drained acres. The site has an on-site rail spur and a 600' x 120' deepwater marine terminal (38-40' depth) adjacent to the site. Developers may take advantage of Foreign Trade Zone No. 173 that encompasses the entire site. The Terminal 3 site is zoned for heavy industrial use.

The Port of Grays Harbor will sell or long-term lease the site. There are limited structures existing on site and developers will need to construct their own facilities. |
Access: |
State Highway 109 borders the property to the north. |
Air cargo: |
The site is adjacent to Bowerman Field, a small general aviation airport with a 5000' paved runway, full ILS navigation and service by United Parcel Service. The site is 100 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which has a full range of air freight and passenger services. |
Utilities: |
Electrical service is available on site from the Grays Harbor PUD. Industrial water is available on site as well as wastewater treatment facilities.
