Port Blakely Industrial Site is located immediately west and within the city limits of the City of McCleary. McCleary is located on 4-lane S.R. 8 east of Elma and just 25 minutes from I-5 at Olympia. |

Port Blakely consists of approximately 216 level, well-drained acres. The site is undeveloped, although the northern section of the property has been cleared. Approximately 26 acres of wetlands are located in the southern part of the property. The site is currently zoned Industrial by the City of McCleary.

The site is in 3 parcels under one owner. The owner has expressed a willingness to sell or lease all or any part of the property. The City of McCleary is eager to work with interested parties to expedite permits. |

The site has good access to 4-lane State Highway 8. The entire site is easily accessible for trucking needs. |

A Puget Sound & Pacific railroad line bisects the site from the northeast to the southwest. |

The site is 3 miles from the Elma Airport, a small general aviation airport with a 2700' paved runway and 30 miles from Bowerman Field Airport which has a 5000' runway, full ILS navigation and service by United Parcel Service. The site is 65 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which has a full range of air freight and passenger services. |
Utilities: |
The City of McCleary is in the process of improving the infrastructure to the property. They have extended the water main to the southwest corner and are in the process of building a new electrical substation to supply this industrial area.
