Commerce Park

Location:

Commerce Park is Grays Harbor's newest light industrial park. Located in Aberdeen, Commerce Park is in the center of the Port of Grays Harbor Industrial Area. It is adjacent to a deep water terminal for ocean shipping and less than an hour's drive via 4-lane highway to I-5 at Olympia.

Site:

Commerce Park consists of 15 level acres with sites available from 0.3 acres to 5 acres in size.

Ownership:

The Port of Grays Harbor has sites available for immediate lease at rates of $0.25 per sq. ft. per year.

Access:

State Highway 109 is less than one mile to the east and north.

Rail:

The site is adjacent to the Puget Sound and Pacific railroad mainline and the Port's Terminal Cargo Yard.

Air cargo:

The site is less than 5 miles from Bowerman Field, a general aviation airport with a 5000' paved runway, full ILS navigation and service by United Parcel Service.

Utilities:

All utilities are available. Electrical service is provided by the Grays Harbor PUD, natural gas by Cascade Natural Gas and water and sewer by the City of Aberdeen. Ample telecommunications bandwidth is also available.
